The Rohm and Haas Paint Quality Institute (PQI) products website, www.rhpromopics.com/pqi, is available 24 hours a day/seven days a week.
 
Merchandise Returns/Exchanges ? We will gladly accept merchandise for return provided a RA (Return Authorization Number) accompanies the merchandise. To obtain a RA number please call 866-819-6212. All returns must be in its original condition for a refund or credit within 10 days in receipt of the merchandise. If you are exchanging merchandise you must also obtain a RA number and are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Any returns without a RA number will not be accepted.
 
Back Orders ? If, for some reason, an item on your order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately of the status of that item. Our policy is to hold and ship all orders complete to avoid a second freight charge to you. However, if you would like us to back order the item(s) and ship the rest of your order, you can respond to our notification with this request.
 
Sales Tax ? We are expected to collect applicable sales tax on all purchases sent to MD, NC, PA, SC, TN and VA.
 
Order Payment ? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
 
Shipping and Handling ? We ship most of the orders UPS Ground. Some of our brochures and other items are sent through the U.S. Postal Service.

How do I change or cancel my order? To change or cancel an order, you must contact us by e-mail ( customerservice@nybergfletcher.com ) or call us toll free at 866-819-6212 within 24 hours after placing your order.
 
How soon will I receive my order? All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
